Six engineer positions at the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub of Institut Pasteur
single cell, omics data analysis and integration, metabolomics, COVID surveillance, NGS data analysis and software development
The Hub of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics provides support in these domains to the Units and Platforms of the Institut Pasteur. We are recruiting six bioinformaticians and/or biostatisticians to continue the support activities and take over the increasing requests for the analysis of biological data.
The successful candidates might be partly detached to research units and/or core facilities. Teaching missions (academic and/or professional training, possibly in international settings) might also be part of their activities.
Position profiles:
Multiple needs have been identified, and the recruitments will target the following profiles:
- Single-cell multi-omics integration profile details
- OMICs data analysis and integration profile details
- Metabolomics data analysis profile details
- NGS data analysis (epigenetic inheritance) profile details
- Viral genomics data analysis (respiratory viruses surveillance) profile details
- NGS data analysis and software development (sequencing platform) profile details
Interviews will take place at Institut Pasteur on April 20th and 21st. The selected candidates will be contacted after April 7th.
